Thanksgiving

It is so wonderful that even though we could not be with family this year for Thanksgiving, we have wonderful friends who opened up their home to us and shared a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with us.  Thanks so much, Doug and Megan Fletcher!  We had a wonderful evening!

Happy Halloween!

Well, here is my wrap up of October 2012!  As usual, we have been super busy, and couldn't be more happy about that.  This month, Nick and I were able to attend a adults only Halloween Party at our good friends Lance and Ashley Dorenkamp's home.  I don't know the last time that I have been to an adult Halloween party, so I was pretty excited about it.  Lorin, Sara-Jo, Ashley and myself decided to dress as the teenage mutant ninja turtles.

This isn't the best picture, but we still had a blast that night.  Nick, Eric, Doug, Aggie and Megan dressed up as The Avengers.  Sadly, Aggie was not in this picture as the Hulk, but it will have to do for memories sake:

And finally...Archer dressed as the Hulk this year.  Last year, he was Thor...so I believe I see a trend going on here.  I wonder which superhero he will be next year?  He had a wonderful time at both Nick's squadron's trunk or treating as well as trick or treating with Savannah.  I know I have more pictures of him in his costume, but I may not have loaded them to my computer just yet.  Anyway, here is one of him at the squadron's fall festival:
